Training
& Development

| Our dynamic industry
requires a comprehensive program of continuing education to provide staff
with the highest levels of technical and business expertise. VNS accomplishes
this by administering in-service training and development programs for all
employees. Specialists within the Agency as well as outside educational
resources - speakers and consultants - participate in these programs. VNS
also encourages its employees to continue with their formal education and
will assist with the costs for approved programs of study. VNS also refers
staff to relevant and useful seminars and meetings. |
