Training And Development
VNS takes pride in its efforts to promote teamwork and team building among our staff. Our dynamic industry requires a comprehensive program of continuing education to provide staff with the highest levels of technical and business expertise. We accomplish this by offering:
- In-service training and development programs for clinical and non-clinical employees. Our highly trained staff, along with top industry speakers and consultants participate in these programs
- Management training
- Encouragement and support for employees who are continuing their formal education, including financial reimbursement with the costs for approved programs of study
- Referrals for staff to relevant and useful seminars and meetings
