Most programs, services, equipment and supplies required by home
healthcare plans or medical orders written by your physician are covered by:

• Third-party insurance
• Health Maintenance Organizations (HMOs) like Excellus BCBS or MVP
• Medicaid, Medicare, and many other health insurance plans
